Job summary

Total Care ABA in Arizona is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our in-home and in-school services in Ajo, AZ. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA plans, collect data, and support children's learning alongside families and our clinical team.

Flexible scheduling with training and growth opportunities is provided; travel to client homes is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

• Accurately keep record of client's progress

• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Services provided in-person throughoutArizona

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
