Job summary

Total Care ABA in Bell Buckle, TN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. This role focuses on delivering personalized ABA therapy, under the supervision of a BCBA, while helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of clients progress.
• Travel to clients' homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.

What You Will Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

What we expect from you:

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
