Job summary

Total Care ABA in Shelbyville and Lewisburg, TN is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide compassionate, in-home and in-school ABA services across Tennessee. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

As an RBT you will work under BCBA supervision delivering individualized therapy, collecting data, and helping children develop essential skills. Travel to client homes is required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
