Job summary

Total Care ABA is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to serve children in Johnson City and Bristol, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible scheduling for in-home and in-school services across Tennessee.

As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement plans under a BCBA, and collect data while coordinating with families and clinical staff to support skill development and meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
