Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring aRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home and school settings across Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and our clinical team to support meaningful progress for children and families.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children.
• Implement ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately to track progress.
• Support development of communication, social, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team for progress updates.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
