What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA-based programs, collect data, and maintain session notes.
• Work in various settings, including homes, clinics, and the community.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Following Treatment Plans and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed session records.
• Recording incidents or concerns to the BCBA.
• Ensuring professional conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to the RBT Ethics Code.

Qualifications

• Passionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Driver’s License
• Negative TB test results
• Pass a background screen
• Must pass the RBT exam within six months of hire (if not already certified)
• Experience working with adults or children with Autism (preferred)
• Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred)

Training & Certification

We provide paid training to ensure you’re fully prepared for the role:

• Completion of a 40-hour online RBT training course and 9-12 hours of shadowing with an experienced RBT.
• Verbal competency assessment with a BCBA before working independently.
• Ongoing training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Safety Care, and other certifications.

Compensation

• $16-$25 / hour for Behavior Technicians working toward RBT certification.
• $21-$25 / hour for RBTs
• Paid training and shadowing at an administrative rate

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
• Full time and part time hours available
