Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Youth and Family Support Services to primary caregivers of children and teens with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Serving the state of New Jersey. We are looking for Part Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) to join our team!

A RBT will visit the client at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth. Our RBTs typically work 2-20 hours weekly in 2-4 hour shifts starting after 3 pm during the school year and as early as 8:30 am during the summer. Services are available any day of the week to accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients.
- Will work with both Respite Care and Behavioral Assistant cases
- Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan:
- Environmental arrangement.
- Proactive strategies
- Acquisition of functional skills (Including ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living).
- Reduction of problem behaviors.
- Weekly and per-shift submission of progress notes, data collection.
- Compliance with service authorization timelines.
- Assist/guide parent/guardian in following treatment plan under direction from Behavior Analyst.
- Crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention.
- Follow and implement agency policies.
- Participate in required training.
- In-home, In-community, In-center (Orange Twp).

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in behavioral healthcare.
- 2-4 years experience working with children with disabilities.
- Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
- Consent to and pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks.
