Job summary

Bridge Behavior Consulting in Georgia seeks an entry to mid-level RBT-certified clinician to support children on the autism spectrum. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans and track progress in a supportive in-center environment.

Responsibilities include creating skill-building activities, documenting progress, and collaborating with families to promote communication and school readiness. The role emphasizes compassion, patience, and parent advocacy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Passed RBT exam and completed RBT certification.
• Patience and compassion for working with children with autism.

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA supervision to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Support children in developing functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.

• Must be available to work Monday -Thursday 830am-630pm

• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness, just to name a few.
