Responsibilities include data collection, implementing plans, and collaborating with families and staff to support progress while maintaining thorough notes and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; training provided.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
