• Support clients in building communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Create a positive learning environment, promoting engagement and autonomy.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with ABA practices.

Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) Position Summary:

• Create an encouraging and positive learning environment, promoting client engagement and autonomy.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure consistency in implementing plans across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members, providing updates and sharing important information.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices and techniques.
