Job summary

New Patterns Aba is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for clients in-home and in community settings.

Responsibilities include collecting data, implementing ABA plans, and collaborating in team meetings while maintaining a supportive relationship with clients and families. RBT certification is preferred and high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification through BACB preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Empathy, patience and a client-centered approach expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.

• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);

• Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred)

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
