Job summary

New Patterns Aba is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients and families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, RBT certification (preferred), reliable transportation, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

Description

What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
