Strides ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized plans, collecting data, and using positive reinforcement to improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and the clinical team, ensuring safety, compassion, and progress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation (for in-home/community services).
• Knowledge of ABA principles or willingness to learn through trainings provided.
• Adherence to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality and data protection; compliance with child welfare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.

Position Overview:

• Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBT to provide in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities.

• As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBT will implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client's quality of life.

• The Registered Behavior Technician RBT is key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.
