Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to support progress.

Position Overview

• Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBTto provide in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities.
• As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBTwill implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life.
• The Registered Behavior Technician RBTis key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (for community and in-home services).
