Strides ABA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home or daycare-based therapy in Tenafly, NJ. This part-time position works under the supervision of a BCBA to implement tailored behavior plans and collect data to drive progress for children with developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and the clinical team, adherence to HIPAA, and ongoing professional growth through training opportunities and varied case schedules near home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.

Position Overview

• Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBTto provide in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities.
• As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBTwill implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life.
• The Registered Behavior Technician RBTis key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.

• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (for community and in-home services).
