Job summary

Strides ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, at daycare, or in the community for children with developmental disabilities.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and use positive reinforcement to support progress. Candidates should be compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children and making a meaningful difference.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.

Position Overview:

• Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBTto provide in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities.

• As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBTwill implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life.

• The Registered Behavior Technician RBTis key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.
