Job summary

E & S Tutoring LLC is seeking multiple registered behavior technicians to support students in a K-12 special needs setting. You will operate under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to individualized student programs.

Successful candidates must maintain current RBT status with BCBA supervision and meet required background checks updated within the past year. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaborative teamwork in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT under supervision of a BCBA.
• Background checks including FBI, PA child abuse, PA criminal, and TB test updated within a year.
• Not seeking candidates whose 30‑hour training is completed only.

We are seeking multiple registered behavior technicians (RBT) to work with students in our K-12 special needs school. We are currently seeking RBTs who are currently active under the supervision of a BCBA. Candidates chosen will be able to continue their supervision under our BCBA. Background checks including FBI, PA child abuse, PA criminal and TB test all need to be less than one year old. Please note we are not seeking candidates that are RBT trained with their 30 hour training completed only at this time.
