Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Bright Impact Behavioral Practices, you will play an essential role in providing individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with clients across home, school, clinic, and community settings, implementing treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Your contributions will directly support meaningful progress and improved quality of life for the families we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with ASD and related developmental needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Collect, record, and manage accurate data in accordance with treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members.
  • Maintain ethical standards consistent with BACB guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold client privacy at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred).
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required—we will assist eligible applicants in obtaining certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Experience working with children ages 2 and up.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and willingness to follow clinical guidance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, respectful, family-centered care.
