Job summary

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family-owned pediatric therapy provider with multiple clinics west of the Phoenix valley. We offer ABA, PT, OT, ST, and more, along with a strong training model for both new and experienced RBTs.

The role includes in-clinic and in-home sessions and supervision within a supportive, growth-focused environment. We provide weekly meetings, a 1000 bonus paid over 6 months, and generous perks like PTO from day 1 and 401K match, reflecting our commitment to team

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley. With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, lactation and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our recently added 5th locations needs! Responsibilities:

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions in clinic and in home. Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and be able to provide picture copies
• Being Bilingual is not required but is preferred! Bilingual therapist's are unicorns and we WANT TO MEET YOU!
• Must be able to acquire an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
