Job summary

ABLE Kids in Savannah, GA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children ages 2–6 to help them reach developmental milestones under BCBA plans.

Starting pay is $18/hour with a guaranteed 40-hour week and no evenings or weekends. We provide hands-on training and sponsor RBT certification; a $250 sign-on bonus is available for certified RBTs.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with children is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Encourage independence and confidence.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor each child’s progress.
