ABLE Kids in Savannah, GA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children ages 2–6 to help them reach developmental milestones under BCBA plans.
Starting pay is $18/hour with a guaranteed 40-hour week and no evenings or weekends. We provide hands-on training and sponsor RBT certification; a $250 sign-on bonus is available for certified RBTs.

No RBT certification or ABA experience? No problem! We provide hands‑on training and cover the cost of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Full-time, year-round employment
Guaranteed 40‑hour work week
One consistent day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:25 AM-4:30 PM
No evenings, weekends, or rotating schedules
Starting pay at $18/hour
Raises every 6 months during your first 2.5 years
Hands‑on training with a supportive clinical team

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one–on–one with children ages 2–6 to help them reach meaningful developmental milestones. Every day is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching communication, play, social, and daily living skills
Encouraging independence and confidence
Following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collecting data to monitor each child’s progress
Collaborating with families and your clinical team
Creating a positive, engaging learning environment
High school diploma or GED required
Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification
Current RBT certification or willingness to complete our company‑sponsored training program
