Job summary

ABLE Kids Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 2–6. You will teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while tracking progress and partnering with families and clinical teams.

The role offers starting pay at $18 per hour, with semiannual raises for up to 2.5 years, a $250 sign-on for certified RBTs, and paid RBT training for new hires. Training, benefits, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
• Passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check and CPR training.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).
