Job summary

ABLE Kids in North Carolina is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children ages 2–6 with one-on-one ABA therapy. You’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills in a positive learning environment alongside a caring team.

Starting pay is $18/hour with a guaranteed 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends. A $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs and paid RBT certification training help you start strong, with benefits including health coverage and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred).
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
• Passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).

What You'll Do

• Tracking progress and celebrating milestones
• Partnering with families and clinical teams
• Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

Qualifications
