Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team and provide high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children with autism in in-home and community settings.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 10 AM–2 PM, with direct client contact, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and clinicians to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
• Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
