Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a BCBA to provide direct supervision to RBTs and coordinate with school teams for children with diverse learning needs. The role is in-home/in-community, contracted as a DOE arrangement, with in-person duties.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in ABA, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of ABA experience, preferably in an educational setting, and will train staff while analyzing progress data.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Supervision to the assigned RBT for 2 hours per week.
• Occasionally collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies as requested.
• Analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
