Hidden Light ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a Texas setting. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans and delivering direct 1:1 therapy to clients.

The ideal candidate will collect data, collaborate with a treatment team, and help develop individualized care plans while maintaining thorough client records and progress notes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities compassionately and professionally.

Responsibilities
