Hidden-Light-Aba in Grapevine, Texas is hiring an RBT to support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing behavior intervention plans and delivering one-on-one therapy. You will collect data and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in care.

The ideal candidate will have an RBT certification and experience with behavioral therapy techniques, showing a compassionate and professional approach to all clients.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Education
