Job summary

Allies Autism Services in Henderson, NV is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent morning in-home role. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

The position requires an active RBT certification and Nevada RBT registration, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Schedule is Mon-Fri 9:30 AM–12:30 PM, part-time (15 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and Nevada RBT registration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25–$31/hour
• Position: Starting Part-Time (15 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM
• Location: Whitney Ranch Area – Henderson, NV
• Setting: In-Home ABA Services

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must hold an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must hold an active Nevada RBT registration through the Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board (NVABA).
• Previous experience providing ABA therapy preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
