Job summary

Allies Autism Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent morning, part-time in-home role in the Whitney Ranch area of Henderson, NV. The RBT will provide 1:1 ABA services under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support each child’s growth.

Applicants must hold an active BACB RBT certification and Nevada RBT registration; prior ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BACB RBT certification.
• Must hold an active Nevada RBT registration through NVABA.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25-$31/hour
• Position: Starting Part-Time (15 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-12:30 PM
• Location: Whitney Ranch Area - Henderson, NV 89014
• Setting: In-Home ABA Services

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must hold an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must hold an active Nevada RBT registration through the Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board (NVABA).
• Previous experience providing ABA therapy preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
