Job summary

SilverSwing ABA in Craig, NE is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect and document client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment. RBT certification is required and a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $28- $32/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Craig, NE

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
