Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC seeks enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches, with hands-on training, individualized support, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy, follow BCBA plans, collect data, and work in home, school, or clinic settings. A commitment to punctuality, confidentiality, and ethical practice is essential; background checks required, and

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to complete 14-day training.
• Pass a background check.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic.

• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Required: RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training

Position Requirements

$20 - $25 an hour
