Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy, collaborating with BCBAs and families to implement individualized plans. You will collect data, participate in supervision, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team environment.

Qualifications include RBT certification or availability for a 14-day training, background check, and a commitment to punctuality and ethics. Sessions occur in homes, schools, communities, and clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Consistent weekday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary
Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We specialize in providing in-home ABA therapy that is grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Required: RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training

$20 - $25 an hour
