Job summary

Milestone Achievements is seeking RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community and to follow BCBA plans. You will collect data and monitor progress while collaborating closely with families and the clinical team to ensure a supportive environment for each client.

Flexible scheduling, paid training for RBT certification, and opportunities for growth are offered along with competitive pay based on experience and location in Suwanee, GA and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Take accurate data and track progress.
• Work closely with families and your clinical team.
