Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes in Summerville, SC. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule aligned with client needs and supervision under a BCBA.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. A strong emphasis on reliability, confidentiality, and ongoing learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or ABA is a plus but not required for all cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect session data accurately and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families, maintaining confidentiality.

We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes.

You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients build meaningful skills while receiving the guidance and support you need to do your best work.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate regulary with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required before starting services.
• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Certification Requirements

Active RBT Certification Is Required Before Providing Services.

If your certification has lapsed, it must be renewed before you begin. Your supervising BCBA may be able to assist with the renewal process.
