Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy in McDonough, GA is seeking a dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients build meaningful skills while receiving guidance and support.

This part-time, in-home role offers flexible scheduling Mon, Tue, Thu 3pm-6pm with 9 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required before starting services.
• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.
• Background checks and onboarding will be completed.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and in the community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.

Certification Requirements

Active RBT certification is required before providing services.

If your certification has lapsed, it must be renewed before you begin. Your supervising BCBA may be able to assist with the renewal process.
