Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. You’ll work under a supervising BCBA, helping clients build essential skills and contributing to data collection and case documentation.

We value reliability, clear communication, and a commitment to ongoing learning, with a schedule aligned to part-time hours and local client needs. Eligible mileage and materials reimbursements are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required before providing services.
• Certification must be renewed if expired before starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Background checks and onboarding must be completed.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools and community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and participate in supervision.

We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes.

You’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients build meaningful skills while receiving the guidance and support you need to do your best work.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools and in the community.

• Implement treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA.

• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.

• Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.

• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and participate in supervision.

• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.

• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required before starting services.

• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.

• Reliable transportation for all service settings.

• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Certification Requirements

Active RBT certification is required before providing services.

If your certification has lapsed, it must be renewed before you begin. Your supervising BCBA may be able to assist with the renewal process.
