Job summary

KidzThrive ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to conduct one-on-one ABA therapy with clients in Queens, NY. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and communicate effectively with families and team members.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) and opportunities for growth in the ABA field. Prior RBT experience is helpful, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities:

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to measure progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Mandarin speaking a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:
