Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and facilitate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
• Increases the frequency or duration of safe replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers.
• Accurately collects behavior data including A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, and interval based recording.
• Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions with sound judgment and appropriate consultation.
• Collaborates with family and treatment team to provide effective treatment without disruption.
• Educates involved parties about ABA and the RBT role within treatment boundaries.
