Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in-home and in the community. Working under a BCBA supervisor, you will collect data, report progress, and help children achieve their developmental goals.

The ideal candidate has an RBT credential, experience with autism or ABA, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions with Rethink.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
