Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who thrives in a supportive environment. As an RBT, you’ll deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children under a BCBA supervisor, in-home and community-based interventions.

You will collect data, complete daily progress notes, report progress to behavior analysts, and pursue ongoing professional development, including a BCBA-in-Training program and college reimbursement with Purdue University, FIT, and Capella

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
