Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Seymour, TN is seeking RBTs for afternoon cases. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA, and travel to client homes or service locations as needed.

This part-time role offers growth opportunities through our BCBA fellowship program, with paid time off and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
