Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Cottontown, TN is seeking RBTs for afternoon shifts to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities include following treatment plans and documenting progress.

You’ll join a supportive team with flexible scheduling, travel to client locations, and opportunities for growth through Lead RBT and BCBA fellowship programs. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
