Blossom ABA Therapy in Nashville, TN is hiring RBTs to join a supportive team delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a positive environment.

This part-time role offers afternoon hours with potential to grow into full-time, a BCBA Fellowship Program, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k). You’ll work under a supervising BCBA, track client progress, and travel to client homes as needed.

Formación

• Active RBT certification from BACB required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with kids.

• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.

• Previous ABA experience is a plus
