Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Seymour, TN is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive setting. You will follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and document client progress.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, and benefits, with opportunities to grow into full-time and participate in fellowship programs. Travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for working with kids.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in the client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or designated service locations.
