Lumino ABA is hiring reliable RBTs to join our team in Sebring, FL. You will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders, implementing BCBA-designed plans and collecting progress data.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$26.00 with training, support, and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA. In-person sessions, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Background check and Level II fingerprinting required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong professionalism and punctuality required.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans, following BCBA protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.

• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders
• Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions
• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life

Nice-to-Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Availability for full-time (25-35+ hours/week)
