SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Eldon, MO is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to youth in a clinic setting. The role supports treatment goals under BCBA supervision and emphasizes progress tracking and confidentiality.

The position offers a full-time schedule with no weekend shifts. Candidates with prior experience or active RBT certification are welcomed, with reimbursement considered after review and approval.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instruction, preferably in a health care environment.
• Eligible for RBT certification; willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Full-time schedule with no weekends.
• Position involves working with youth in a school-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team while coordinating work with management and staff.
• Work independently with clear communication across the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company's policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis
