Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for school-based roles in Illinois. You will provide direct behavior intervention under BCBA supervision, implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and support students with ASD and other developmental needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.

Position Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you willprovide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect dataon student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.
