Nyman Associates is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide school-based behavior intervention under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior support plans and collect data to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with children and adolescents with ASD or other developmental disabilities in school or clinical settings.

Position Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you willprovide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect dataon student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.
