Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for school-based support. You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and help students with ASD or related developmental needs under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA-based instruction, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with teachers and therapists to support educational goals. Relevant RBT certification and school experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience working with ASD or developmental disabilities in school or clinical settings.
• Supervision by BCBA or qualified professional is expected.
