Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience with children and adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities in school or clinical settings

Candidates must have passed the RBT competency assessment and either hold RBT certification or be in the process of taking the BACB RBT exam.

Position Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you will provide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data on student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.
