Brightstone Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Savannah to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision. You’ll work in homes, schools, and clinics, implementing individualized plans and tracking progress.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, hire from Savannah and Richmond Hill, and provide ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs. Competitive pay starts at $25+ per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Experience working with individuals in various settings.
• Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.
• CPR not required at hire— we'll help you get certified.

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy guided by a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Track meaningful progress through daily data collection and notes.
• Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care.
• Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed.
• Provide therapy in homes, schools, and clinic settings.

• Part-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00-1:00
• Full time, Monday-Friday 8-5:30
• $25+ per hour (based on experience, certification year, and other credentials)
